They might want to rethink talking to anyone "off the record" since it all seems to be leaking out. Still confused, I guess. I'm glad to have the information but if it's going to jeopardize us getting EV, I would rather it stay tightly concealed until he announces tonight. Someone on the UHND board said he is hearing rumors of EV to UCLA now, too. He said it's coming from people in South Bend. Says they are important people but not anyone inside the program.

Prevot, Fitts, Hollins? All of those would have seemed very unlikely at best though. If those were the guys, the staff was being manically optimistic or we were closer to getting those guys than we realized.

Just to be clear it wasn't the staff talking to rivals or 247 that messed this up. The SID at ND screwed up the press release that was handed out to the media at BK's press conference.

Relative to the situation, anyone in South Bend that isn't inside the program probably isn't important.

i swear this Prister is no good...he got exposed with the Greg Little fiasco couple yrs ago (no time for details but in short story is he told little despite what CW was telling him to play WR that he was planning on putting him at LB once he got here. he just always seems to stir **** up this time of year.

its no secret out in south bend that the access Tom and Pete at II have had o the Gug has diminshed inside the GUG since BK and his gang got there. they do NOT trust those guys with info. this is why

Handoff against Jaylon. At least you could mitigate some of the damage by ducking/bracing/other wimpy moves, with EV he's inches away from making you his bitch from the start.

A Rivals analyst posted that if we land him, we could not fall below 3, and could move to #2. Alabama should be #1 by a good margin.
