Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale. One of my favorite Pale Ales. Will be pouring some other drinks to celebrate my birthday later. Cheers.

Bourbon....

Made a Manhattans for my wife using Four Roses

Poured myself some Buffalo Trace neat.

Amazingly, straight bourbon and red wine leave me with zero hangovers no matter how much I drink, however, 6+ beers absolutely crushes me the next day or two. A shame since I love beer. The amazing human body.

This is kind of a change of subject b/c I am not currently drinking, but I had a question for you guys.

Anybody had Caffrey's? It's in a green can, like the Guinness cans, it's a red cream stout-settles just like Guinness.

Anyway, I love the stuff and used to be readily available around here in Kansas. A few years back something happened and it was suddenly not available, I don't know if it was a national thing, or just local. Do any of you know where you can still get some?

good Cab???

Not a bad Cab. Rather fruity (blackberry, cherry) but with enough tannins that it isn't too sweet with a little cooking spices. I like my cabs more on the earthy side but this was solid.

I'm a day late but that is a great beer. Excellent choice!

Thank you it was a great beer. Starts like a typcial IPA with grapefruit, pine, and other citrus and then the bananas and cloves hit you.

Tonight some Green Flash Brewing Imperial IPA. A good but not great DIPA. Lots of grapefruit and orange and then an explosion of piney and grassy hops. Very bitter finish.
