East head coach Josh Niblett is on loan from Hoover High School and when asked who has stood out early in the week, Fuller is immediately the player that he brings up. The Notre Dame commit is extremely quick off of the line of scrimmage, has phenomenal route-running ability and catches the ball with ease.

I know he is a local Philly kid but I was "meh" too when he committed. I was happier about our other Philly kid McGlinchey. Glad BK and Co. know more than I do. I am giddier than a school girl at a One Direction concert about ND football now and in the future!
