Basically the II update stated that he didn't committ but one of the sources told them that he has decided on ND but again hasn't committed. Take that how you will. As long as grades continue along the right path(admissions), he should be irish around the same time period as shumate was last year. We are very high on him and so is he on us.

However i will say that Farrell posted a few posts down on the board that said that we r trending way up! Making it seem that the II mods were being too conservative with there post. But that part is up to interpretation.

I've watched his tape now, and there things stick out about Alquadin: he's big, fast, strong, and knows what he is doing. He also seems to enjoy contact.

He's going to be good. He kind of reminds me of a taller Prince Shembo who seems more comfortable in coverage. Kind of half-way between Shembo and Williams.

I'd say CAT at this point, but there its hard to predict who develops into a 3-4 DE. I would not have thought LKM or Kona could, so we'll see. There are only so many kids who can still run around at 285, so you have to let him play DE if he can.

Hope we get him.
