First of, Pardon all grammatical errors cause im in my accounting class so im typing this and taking notes at the same time so i apologize.
As the title says im a student at Michigan State. However, I've grown up in a Notre Dame household my father was a Linebacker in 78 playing his first two years then tearing every ligament possible in his left knee resulting in him leaving the game. So all that I ask is no school bashing.
As a fan of both teams I still will be a Notre Dame fan this weekend in the stands. This is due to if MSU looses it doesnt hurt us as bad because it's and non-conference matchup
About the game:
First off, I believe Notre Dame matches up amazingly with MSU. MSU has zero passing threats at QB,WR, and TE. (one exception is the WR transfer from UT but hasn't played) This is huge for us due to our sketchy secondary that we all know about. We can easily beat spartys OL due to a lot of inexperience and of course our terrific front 7. The question is, "Can we stop LeVeon Bell?" Who i believe is top 3 back in college football and a complete man child.
For us to win we must:
Stop LeVeon
Handle the blitz from Lewis, Allen, and Gholston
Run the ball effectively (MSU has the best cb duo in the big ten)
throw the deep ball (Their CBs love to press)
Get in Maxwell's head
If we accomplish these things i believe we will win
