That's a great jump for Hunter! Personally as glad as I am that Elmer made the jump back into the top 100 I am surprised that Biven didn't as well. Of all of our guys I thought Biven had the best summer at camps and events. Either way proud of all these guys!

Look at the pad level this kid plays at. I know it's high school, but he stands right up everytime!

First post and you complain about how one of our commits play...troll?

No go! I was just watching footage on the upcoming recruits and like some of the talent coming in and watched the clip mentioned above a time or two with that observation.

I understand he is a mountain and playing against low level players, but it doesn't look like he has been challenged to where he had to get low yet. It's good to see some size in the future tackle. I don't think this guy will be ready as fast as say a Jaylon Smith.

So he won't be as productive as the #3 ranked recruit in the country? Shocker. Pretty sure he's not starting his freshman year anyways unless shiit really hits the fan.

Catching crap from a fellow nuke already? It's amazing how that happens.

I'm not thinking he will play early with the group of sophomores who appear to be next in line.

Gonna need to put some hydrogenous material or perhaps some graphite between the two of you...

No need for an accident around these parts.

Cadmium-Boron controls rods are the old standby for neutron-absorbers. When too much heat/flux is generated just ram those babies right up ... uh ... maybe the analogy isn't perfect.

On a slightly saner topic: Hunter Biven is going to be a GREAT Notre Dame lineman. We have a coach named Harry Hiestand.

"He stand for no punk technique".

I'm not sweating that film. He drew rave reviews all summer for his work with Team USA.

With biven, elmer, mcglinchy, and stanley as our future tackleswe may be able to run our four minute drill with kiel just standing in the pocket . We all have our favorites but biven has been my favorite ol recruit in a long time.

How could you leave off McGovern. He has the most upside of all at OT. Plus, he is my favorite from this class.

Yeah i guess i got him and montelous playing inside alll cooked up in my head.
Word. I actually see Bivin and Montelous and possibly Elmer playing inside.

I really really like Stanley though. I think he could be the best OT ND has had in a while.

I think McGovern will be at guard, IMO. When he was at the opening they list him at 6-5 rather than 6-7.

When these men are developed think of running unbalenced and pounding usc for 60 minutes

Biven, Elmer, Stanley, Montelous, Hegarty(center). Mcgovern, Mcglinchy
