Jefferson (NY) defensive end Ebenezer Ogundeko received a West Virginia offer earlier this month, giving them just enough time to make an impression and make his first cut from over 25 offers.
Minutes ago, the nation's No. 15 strongside defensive end gave his top ten of Notre Dame, Alabama, Miami, Florida, Syracuse, UConn, Arizona State, West Virginia and Penn State.
He followed that up by stating, "no order. No school has any leeway."
At 6-foot-4, 230 pounds, most people like Ogundeko on the line with his hand in the dirt; but he has the speed and lateral quickness to stand up as a "linebacker." In the Mountaineers' new defensive scheme, he would play in a similar position as Josh Francis did this spring.
PSU offered yesterday. That's the only reason I could imagine why he would set a date.
I have a feeling he takes his summer visits, if he isn't blown away it's PSU for him
He wouldn't set it that far off IMO.
Just seems like he is one of those kids that sets a date before they know where they are going.
Never understand.
Yea Huerman did that to. Just don't understand it. He has a top 10 right now. Not a top 3 or a top 5, a top 10. This meens he is considering Atleast 10 schools right now and he wants to narrow that down in 2.5 months to 1?
Sampson said "Notre Dame is a player"
He told tunnel vision that he is visiting ND June 29 and that ND LEADS.
3by every service; I'd love to have one of either him or Marcus Ball but not both with some of the big fish still out there.
Ball will continue to climb. Cant always look at an offer list to see how good someone is. All about fit, how they market themselves and game tape. Miss one of those and a player may not have a huge list.
