yup. this was asked in eric hansons chat today. he confirmed ACC.

Unless it's changed in recent years, the visiting school has the option of picking the refs, which would be the ACC in this instance as stated above.

It's always been Big East (ACC now I guess) for away games on the field, and opposing team's conference refs in the booth. Home games it's opposing team's refs on the field, our refs in the booth.
