I may have heard Coach K say 5 somewhere along the line though. Perhaps we read that that is what a recruit had stated. Anyway, 5 this year along w GAIII, Davaris and someone I must be forgetting would put us back in pretty good shape for upcoming campaigns at wide out.

No. If Thomas or Treggs come on board receivers are done. The staff is strictly looking for a slot option tight now. Agholar (being recruited as a WR) falls into the Keith Marshal, Shaq Thompson category. You take him regardless.

Don't know about Carter which is why i asked. Davis stated earlier he still wants to visit but nothing confirming that has come out since

As jason_h537 mentioned earlier, even if we keep Brown, we'd still take Agholor. He's among the few we'd make room for regardless.

Harrell and Decker will be good [I hope] but Stanley/Banner/Peat/ et al [two of] would make our future O-Line a heck of a lot more secure. Note that Hoke is loading up there.

I'd like to see four offensive lineman every year reguardless of numbers. Offensive lineman are very hit or miss. I like our odds with four every year over 2-3.

Dude, the top 5 classes right now are loaded and are in the mix with more elite talent. Florida State, Alabama, and Texas are untouchable. Then you throw in the second tier teams like Florida, Auburn, and Clemson. All solid teams in the ACC or SEC that have elite talent still considering them. That's not including Miami and Michigan who are in the top 10. I don't include them because many expect their classes to slide. However, Michigan's class remains pretty stout with elite talent interested from all over the country. Then you have Big 12 schools like Texas A&M and Oklahoma. Texas A&M is a solid team that's getting really good national exposure and recruits are eating them up right now because they're the only school in the state of Texas that is soon to be in the SEC. Recruits love the SEC in case you didn't know.

That's 10 schools right there that happen to be doing pretty well in recruiting. I'd be willing to bet any amount of vbucks that Notre Dame does not finish with a top 5 recruiting class.
