Sierra Nevada Kellerweis. I have to be at work early tomorrow so I need a beer that I will drink slowly and spaced apart. It's hard to kill a sixer of any Hefeweizen in short order. I'm trying to drink smarter as I get older, sometimes it works.

I would say no water, but if you are going to add water I would say at slightly colder than room temp but not refrigerator cold (so maybe 60-65F). If the water (and subsequently the whisky once you add the water to it) gets too cold it will numb your tastebuds and dulls the taste.

I figured I would try both with and without. I prefer with a couple of drops of the cool water - a bit smoother and less peaty- nice overall!

Love that stuff!!!!!

Pour 2 drams. Try one neat then add a tbsp water or two. Let sit 5 minutes with water before sipping. Enjoy both and notice differences

I am enjoying it. I will give your suggestion a shot, after the game as I want to enjoy kicking Michigan's ass with a somewhat clear head

Imperial Stout seems like rainy weather beer. We had a crazy T-storm roll through out of nowhere.
