Live weather report from Tampa. Mostly rain with some mid 50s gusts so far. 5-7 inches of rain so far. Tampa Bay is under an extreme wind warning, meaning we can get wind gusts north of 100 MPH. Still have power so I got that going for me.

Whomever did this should be tied to that fence and forced to ride out the storm.

Hopefully there is a special place in hell for asshats that did that. Half the time....well 3/4 the time, I like my dog better than my wife...lol

Update: winds are finally starting to die down. By the grace of God, I still somehow have power 3 miles northwest of downtown Tampa. Had 90+ MPH wind gusts for the past two hours. Mentally taxing. And still I got lucky as others have to deal with storm surge. Waiting for winds to get down below 40 MPH before I can finally sleep somewhat easy.

I’d say most would agree that The Trop is a failure in both design and construction…

Over 3 million without power. Well over 100 tornadoes spawned. The eye was on the edge of the Atlantic at 2:00AM and moving. Waiting for the sun to come up to get an accurate account of things.
