Another hit on a banner day for the Trojans!

USC tight end Junior Pomee faces felony charges in theft - latimes.com

Long story short...dude (Junior Pomee) was passed the hell out behind an alley of a frat house, and they caught him with stolen goods. Might've been doing it for awhile actually. 5 felony counts!!!

He was just a backup this year, but that kid has some serious game. I saw him play in their final scrimmage before their 10-2 year, and he caught a short pass and took it down the sideline like a freight train for over 40 yds. Just a big, Samoan, angry ball of hair streaking down the sideline (I would've wanted know part of tackling that kid). Oh, and he broke his foot midway through the run! Had to sit out the year, so he's only burned one year of eligibility.

What a day to be a Trogan!!!

Wouldn't they have to fill it this cycle though? I thought they were capped at 15 per year so injuries and transfers were pure losses. Could be wrong though.

This'll open up another scholarship...

Got to hand it to Kiffin. In the SEC a coach would have just pulled a scholarship on a kid he didn't want.

A little booze, a little swag, and poof, a scholarship appears.

Absolutely no truth to the rumor the stuff was planted by the coaching staff.

No it won't He is welcome back when he gets out.

Particularly if he improves his 40 time and puts on 20 pounds of muscle in the CDOC Weight Training and Conditioning Program. He can probably pick up a couple of credits for time served.
