Yes, Oregon has the worst unis, they are flat out hideous. I guess the metal toolshed shoulders are supposed to intimidate people.

However, I wonder were Western Michigan brown is - or how about East Carolina purple?

And if are talking about stupid too - how about all those new Nike unis from the past couple years that teams like Miami and Virginia Tech were wearing.

How can an all green jersey, that means so much to Notre Dame fans, be considered ugly. Whenever the green is on, you know its going to be a great game because the guys are going to be playing with so much excitement.

Tennessee's uniforms have alternate purposes though. They can wear them to the game on Saturday, to hunt on Sunday, and to pick up the trash the rest of the week.

I went to Graduate School at Oregon and worked with the football team as an athletic trainer while I was there. I like the Uniforms!! If your work or play there you love the Uni otherwish you hate them.

Oregon and Oregon State take the cake as the ugliest uniforms in sports. I don't get Clemson being on that list -- I really like theirs.

I agree, Katz. PSUs and NDs are easily my favorite unis. The only reason Notre Dame made this list is because Sports Illustrated follows a strict formula for writing its articles: (a) Piss the most people off, (b) somehow include Notre Dame in there, (c) wait for the forums to explode and the hits to roll in.

No matter how 'insignificant' Notre Dame football is, we still have a following that draws ratings and hits and the media uses it to their advantage.

Wow I never realized how ugly the Ducks uniforms are. I don't think the ND green jersey's are that bad. I can think of many worse. Always hating on ND.
