In order to appeal those decisions, he has to come up with a bond for 120% of each judgement.

For the tax fraud case that is 120% of over $450 million which is accruing $120k in interest daily.
For the E Jean Caroll case that is 120% of almost $90 million.

Not sure any bank will loan him jack shit. Though it wouldnt surprise me if he managed to get one.
I wonder if they accept rubles?

"But, but, but . . . Trump can't win Independents!"

Those of you who are still living in 2016 need to realize that Trumps support is not coming from the same pools of people as it was in 2016 or even in 2020.

Numbers have shifted significantly among blacks (especially males), hispanics, women, white collar/graduate level educated, and independents. If you think all his support is high school educated whites you are living in a fantasy world created by MSM.

Honestly, this is the reason many cannot bring themselves to support Trump (or at least openly do so) because they their nose to high in the air thinking they are above his supporters. When in reality many of their colleagues and "tribe" are backing him.

This seems to play out as we are seeing ALL the swing states now overwhelmingly moving in Trumps favor.

Lara Trump is in control of the RNC so they can certainly funnel money out of the donors accounts into his bank accounts. There is that.
If they can't figure that out, they can always ask those two Dems that were having fun with donation money.

Dems are way overperforming every poll since 2018. They consistently get unregistered voters under 30 yo wrong every time. Dems will take that group by+20 overall and +30 with women. You can easily add an overall +6 to Dems with independents and unregistered voters. Trump is underperforming is own previous numbers from previous years from what I have seen. I also take poll aggregators with a huge grain of salt. They are not very discriminating in what polls they accept and junk polls were huge last presidential cycle. The GOP flooded the polls with junk polls showing Trump leading when he really wasn't and also no polls accounted for the GenZ or Millennials accurately. Add on suburban women and reproductive care attacks and you can kiss young women goodbye. No way Trump wins any of the demos independent or not. Its why Joe won by 8 million votes when Trump was probably thinking his numbers were much better than they actually were.

In special elections in 2023 Dems have been picking up seats all over the country:
According to an analysis put together by ABC News, Democrats are performing, on average, 11 points better than expected in special elections this year. And it’s not just happening in blue states such as New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. We’re also seeing these types of outcomes in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and Louisiana. If the 2023 special election results are any indication, Democratic voters are simply more energized than Republicans.
Needless to say this overperformance is relative to polling at the time. Clearly there is an issue with accurately gauging actual voter turnout versus polling numbers.

Look at the numbers since Dobbs. Doesn't take much to put two and two together to get four.

Even when the Democrats have lost, they've overperformed in several races, and as you mention they've done well in special elections. Particularly at the state legislative level.

The Dems are picking up more voters over time from new, young, and women voters faster than GOP is picking them from aging out demos.

The obsession to get SCOTUS seats with regards to abortion came with consequences. They got it done, and with that, are paying at the ballot box. Democrats would be wise to use that to their advantage where they are able, and voters would be wise to assume that a Federal law is what's coming next should Republicans gain back all three branches. The notion that Trump is toying with the idea, if he has not already decided on it, should be more than enough to bring this voting block into the fold for a very long time.

The party of limited government is all about getting up in people's bedrooms.

If GOP get control of congress and POTUS a national ban will 100% absolutely happen.

If they dont they will continue to undermine every single outlet of birth control or aid a woman has. IVF is now being targeted and criminalized in multiple states. Despicable.

I have voted Republican once and Libertarian 3 times since I have been able to vote… I refuse to this election. The Libertarian Party was always cringy and fringe, but over the last year or two has been overrun by whackjobs that are walking memes about Libertarianism where they cannot even think pragmatically because “Libertarians don’t believe that!” No nuance there anymore.

I will most likely vote Biden this coming election because I cannot in good conscience allow a vote to go to Trump or not against Trump from myself this year. I hate that this is my choice, I don’t want Biden. But here we are in American politics.

I understand your feeling. This has to be the the worst 3 back to back to back elections in US history right?

But Biden crime family. I'm no Trump apologist, I just excuse a lot of his actions and provide him ample cover. Merely a caller of balls and strikes.

Wendy's was cheaper 4 years ago and that's all I care about.
You remember that really bad thing that happened to you? That was Biden.

Remember that really good thing that happened to you? That was Trump.

I don't make the rules, it's just a simple fact. What? You want me to justify it? Of course I won't. Now, hurry up and show me your kids dick so I can make sure it's the right gender that I think.

Left leaning poll “YouGov” Trump +12 with Independents

“Trump is hemorrhaging Independents!” is the MSM rallying cry.

NYT poll just indicated that 97% of the people who voted for Trump in 2020 will vote for him again. Only 84% of Biden voters.

The narrative that there is any significant block of Trump voters who have "had enough" and won't vote for him again is a lie. I've heard it peddled here by some prominent voices. The truth is just the opposite, Biden is losing 16% of his vote from 2020, that is significant.

What does this mean? A shift of nearly 8 million voters. Meaning Trump would win the popular vote by a good margin, and a landslide in the Electoral College.

Biden must’ve been down there to chastise border patrol agents for “whipping” more migrants. Maybe suspend a few more.

As the inevitable becomes more and more obvious, a Trump victory, the only retort the Never Trump crowd and leftist have remaining is insults or grabbing onto any and every story to that the Lamestream media puts out which looks to smear his name.
