Again, I'm not an economist. I haven't expressed any opinion about Trump's handling of the economy other than suggesting that instead of you guys melting down every day over every detail, we see how all the tariff stuff plays out. You're the one with nothing except crying and whining about everything all day, every day. You complain about everything, but have no suggestions other than the things Biden tried that were failures and got the dems voted out. Just whining all day, every day about Trump is no solution.

It really helps our cause in any trade war with China when so many Americans seem to be cheering for China because they hate Trump. And if not outright cheering, then criticizing only Trump and shrugging their shoulders about China's trade policies, human rights abuses, blatant theft and actively working against us in the world.

There's enough to complain about with our trade policies and the human rights abuse here to keep us occupied

You’re not a lawyer and you’ve made posts referencing legal topics? Why can’t you discuss something like tariffs?

Show me where I’m crying and whining and how you disagree with what I’ve posted. If what I’ve posted is so idiotic and wrong you should be able to pick it apart easily. I made sure to not use any big economic terms I learned while getting my degree in economics so it be understandable enough for you.

What does any of what I have posted do with Biden? He didn’t nuke the world economy, neither did Trump to this degree the first time he was in office.

You are a glutton for punishment. This is how you work yourself into an "obsession with men's cocks" mega post or "bear hunting" joke.

So can you post anything substantive or is it just the classic Bishop meltdown? You aren’t a lawyer, and you speak on legal topics - is there a specific reason as to why you don’t feel comfortable talking about economics?

Yet with all of his failures, the guy still manages to have a personal wealth of $4B. Imagine if he was smart! o_O

If you did a little digging you would see Buffet, Zuckerberg, Gates, etc. all have had failures. Gates I know had quite a few under the Microsoft name. Remember Zune, Kin or Hololens? Bezos had pets.com, drugstore.com, crucible, kozmo.com. Here's a link on Buffet.

You only hear about Trump because he's the POTUS and always in the spotlight.
Ok. This genius would have basically double that if he would have simply invested his inheritance over the years in an average S&P 500 index fund. Instead he decided to rip people off and go bankrupt multiple times. So yeah, imagine if he was smart or not a trust fund baby.

Dude is a good salesman in that he has an undeniable ability to convince gullible morons of his “greatness”. Jim Jones was good at that as well.

If you say so. Van Jones is gullible and pathetic.

Every lie we tell, incurs a debt to the truth. Eventually we all get to a point that we're at today. Lies and greed. If Trumps trust fund is at the top of anyone's list after the last 75 years. I need to find boredom more often as well.

90% of US counties and 30 states voted for Trump. You might want to reconsider calling most of the country gullible morons.

I have not agreed with his handling of the tariffs. You make it like he’s failed at all of his business dealings and that he’s the only that has. Just pointing out that he isn’t the only rich genius out there that has made mistakes. He needs to listen to his staff when it comes to the economy, which it appears he has done given the 90 day pause.

This, and I would also remind everyone that Trump isn't a rookie in the white house doing this thing for the first time ever. It's very easy to look back at what the US economy looked like from 2017 to pre Covid and see things were strong.

Why? Is it going to hurt someone’s feelings?

I tell my dipshit friends that voted for this idiot the same thing.

90% of the counties. That’s nice considering the population densities of most of those counties. A few percentage point difference in a handful of states and he’s not president.

Anyhow, lot of gullible morons out there.

Clearly they talked to someone about what new prices would be -> realized it’d be insanely unpopular -> punted on it. And to be very clear, I 100% agree with them punting on this.

A lot of the discussion of the onshoring of manufacturing depends on your read on the likelihood of war with China. If we go to war with China, it will be a protracted war and we will get our asses kicked in a protracted war with China. If you think that war is imminent like in the 2-3 year window, then you really can’t wait for a soft handed approach to setting conditions for manufacturing to naturally return to the US. Whatever the current assessment of the Trump admin’s intent behind the tariffs notwithstanding.

Whether you love or hate tariffs, you can't help but be impressed at the detailed policy planning, the transparency of the policy process, the credibility of Administration announcements, relentless attention to detail, flawless execution, and the thoughtful predictability that business demands.

This is why money is fleeing the US right now. Because you can’t trust anything these guys say.

Tim Cook probably bought one of Trump's million dollar dinners like Jensen Huang did. Problem solved.

Remember when we were supposed to care about Hunter making $900k from Burisma? Trump is taking straight up bribes and every MAGA idiot is completely silent.
