In the spirit of BobD's original contest, I'm starting this contest to give a lucky IE member one trillion v-bucks. The contest will be similar to BobD's where a user will need to provide answers to questions, and all answers must be correct to win the money. I won't say what answers are correct for an entry and which ones aren't correct, it will be up to the participant to decide which answers they'll need to change before they submit another guess.
To avoid spam, to make the contest a bit more fair, and to add an element of guesswork...a poster may only submit one entry every 10 minutes. The questions will be related to ND football, questions that relate to myself, and some that will incorporate both (5 questions total). If no one has guessed correctly after an hour, and I don't expect that to happen, I'll add hints to speed up the process.
The contest will begin at 5pm est (To give the majority a fair shake), at which time I will post the actual questions in this post. I also reserve the right to alter the rules as needed to make the contest fair if I've overlooked a loophole.
The 5 questions are below:
1. There was an ND player that made a game winning catch against Michigan State and later played for the 49ers for several years as well as the Steelers. Who was that player? (This player has played within the last 25 years)
2. Who is my favorite player to play at ND? (This player has played within the last 25 years) (First hint: This player ran the ball for the Irish).
3. I've met one member that posts on IE, who is that member? (First hint: it was at the Navy game last year)
4. What is my favorite video game? (First hint: it was released in 1991)
5. I've seen a number of upsetting losses at Notre Dame, and my very first game was one. What was that game? (This would also be within the last 25 years)
Some may be a bit tough, in which case the hints I'll give later will help out. Some of these answers can be found within IE posts, and others can be answered with a little Google work
