UCF Knights QB McKenzie Milton says he is transferring to Florida State Seminoles
That's unfortunate for him.

and we open vs FSU in Tallahassee next season.

I wanted to say go after Ridder, but I couldn't see him leaving UC.
For one, are we really sure Fickell is going anywhere this year? He's apparently a leading candidate for the Illinois job, but...who are we kidding? Illinois is not an upgrade over Cincinnati, power 5 be damned. Illinois has been a Big Ten doormat since Juice Williams left the program.
Maybe if Fickell leaves, but if not, I think he'd want to take another year at Cincy, where he has continuity and knows the offense. But who knows, really?
Prius, midgets and OxyContin
Again, huh? Didn't he already transfer from Clemson?I could be talked into this one.

That’s one I would be on board with... I remember his recruitment and thought we had a good chance right around NSD. He’s from Center Grove in Greenwood, not too far away from me, so I was rooting for him to succeed at ULRuss yeast is in the portal.. ND was very involved in recruitment...I wouldn't mind them kicking the tires

ND should finally pull the "go after a transfer and help him get immediate eligibility like Ohio State would" card

dont they all have immediate eligibility?
All players (who want to transfer) are immediately/automatically eligible for all sports right now IIRC (if I read it right).
Even BB players on other team playing now, could transfer tomorrow, and play as early as next week. It says all sports, but not sure about the specifics with FB (most articles I've seen are slanted BB).

I thought that was Spring sports only, since they were the first group to get screwed. I figured the NCAA waited to take action until after basketball had started to help stem the tide of guys moving freely once they passed the resolution.
However, if it includes football...
For real on Gunnell, though: he's going to be a junior. Idk if you take a guy that could block Buchner for two years. You want a one-year mercenary that will allow you to get Buchner ready for '22 in whatever way that may be... sprinkling him in, ala Lawrence/Bryant at Clemson, or keeping him shelved and taking mental reps (unless you have 1-4 blowouts to put him in).

to work on his handoffs![]()
I'm uber interested in what a guy like Jamie Newman does. Haven't seen any news on him going to the NFL, staying at UGA, or doing something different. He's be a fantastic pickup.
he opted out to prepare for NFL Draft
