Can you start threads using TT? I haven't noticed how to if you can.

I don't know if you have an iPhone or if it is even different on an android but here are aome screen shots

You have to go to setting and then change to first unread. You are probably set up like me where it goes to latest post

It should go to last unread post. But it shows my last unread posts as sometimes pages after my actual last unread post. So then I have to backtrack to find where I left off. Not sure I'm explaining it well. If I don't log on for a week it will show when I log on that I've actually read all the post up until not long before I logged on. Like my phone checks it hourly. I shut updates off hoping it would stop, but it hasn't.

Same happens to me. I think it's just a bug.

Can you start threads using TT? I haven't noticed how to if you can.

You can: FORUMS > menu > NEW TOPIC

To start a new thread you have to go into a forum (can't do it from the timeline view) and then click the three dots in the top bar and select "New Topic"

Thanks for the help guys. I do believe I have it set up for first unread in setting but I could be wrong. I do know I have it set up for timeline view tho. Maybe thats creating the issue also. Maybe it needs to be in unread post mode.

Is anyone else having issues where if they aren't on for a bit and then get on it sets their first unread post in each topic way later than the last time on.

In some threads it's easy to scroll up a few posts. In some, like the Rumored Violation, I'm pages behind from the start.

Is there any known way to remedy this

I get that same issue also, but haven't found a resolution yet.

I'm thinking of dropping the app and just using internet browser going forward.

Mine has done that only on IE since I joined. I looked around and it seems my last visit date/time isn't updating correctly in the database. I don't think it's just a Tapatalk issue.

I found out what is doing it but idk why. I have a tablet I haven't used in months. It has sat turned off for that time. For that entire time it worked fine on my phone. Now that I turned that on, it checks in to the forum thru Tapatalk every few hours and puts my time line off. Why idk tho.

Mine is working fine.

I gave had issues in the past where if my connection is slow, it won't load.

Looked into it a little bit and Tapatalk suggested logging out and logging back in. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it loaded without an issue so I guess that's that lol.

Irish Envy wouldn't load forums in my tapatalk app. I saw there was an update. Installed it. Now I can't find Irish Envy in their available forums.

Anyone else running into this problem?

I haven't seen an update come thru for me yet. I just tried it and it works fine. However, occasionally I have to reset my phone as it won't load. Reset the phone and it works fine.

Took it off my device completely and re-installed. Can't find Irish Envy via search or just scrolling.
