is it too early for 3 fingers of Glinlivet?
Aaron Lynch was excused from practice today. Needed some time to take care of some things at home.
Rumors of him transferring not true.
He's coming back Monday night.
To me, the fact that it was him and Nichols is a good thing for our offensive line. We have seen clips all spring long of Nichols being able to handle Lynch. My guess is Lynch was getting pissed off that he was struggling against Nichols and let his frustration out. This happens with o/d lineman more than teams let out.

In other news Dan Fox has a sprained PCL. No surgery required. He is day to day.

BK also stated (presumedly on Slaughter) that he is cross training the secondary and he really likes how the corners are playing.

that tate was handling lynch
It's been evident and pointed out in multiple practice vids thus far. I think Nichols is a bad ***. He is one big mofo.
No one has tweeted anything yet. Hamilton from the Trib just said that he confirmed that Lynch got in a fight with Nichols on Saturday and BK told the team any more fights and you would miss the next practice.
From Sapp:
Kona Schwenke worked with the first group today. It comes down to demanding consistency and the staff wants that from Louis Nix. The coaches know Nix is capable of it on Saturdays, but want it from him everyday.
Ernest Jones helps provide the needs of the players on a day-to-day basis. He's there 24 hours ... he's the one that gets the call at midnight.
He runs the fellowship every Thursday and heads up the community service.
He's an integral part of what the program needs to have to be successful.
See Me2SouthBend's post. It wasn't "stated" just from what little video we have seen from spring practices.
I stated it. And I saw it.
