How many jobs do we think open up?

49ers
Bears
Jets
Falcons
Oakland

What else?

I wouldnt be all surprised to see the redskins have an opening. Gruden to me did a bad job overall. I believe he is one of those coordinators that is good at that but bad head coach.

I saw a report that said Trestman is good for another year.

I could see the Giants part with Coughlin. Other hot seats include Bengals, Bills and Jaguars, though I think the Jaguars give one more year.

Although not 100%, the NYG beat writers are saying he'll be back.

Yeah I heard he's got 1 more year.

I think those Super Bowls gave him some cushion. I think he gets another year also then retires. We need a fresh start asap.

He's earned the right to go out on his own terms with 2 Super Bowls in 7-8 years. Players really respect him and the Mara's run a class organization.

What I expect to happen is they let Perry Fewell go, which needs to happen. Bottom 5 defense the last couple of years. Beef up both lines and you're on to something. Would like to add Suh, another pass rusher, LBs, and OL.

With our draft spot being around 9 or 10, I think we got a shot at Shane Ray.

Also, don't want to be that guy, but we've about reached Eli's potential. He's not getting any better.

I haven't heard any of those coaches being on the hot seat. The openings I heard on the radio this morning are to be Atlanta, Jets, Chicago, Oakland and of course SF. If Mora is really interested in returning to the NFL, we'll hear his name associated with a few of these.

I doubt he would be welcome in Atlanta.

Literally every article I have read since the middle of the season, included Coughlin, Ryan, Smith, Lewis, the Jags coach, and Trestman. Riviera was also on a very warm seat by week 10. Have some of these guys done enough to secure one more year? Sure. Riviera just won the division with a losing record. LOL. But I would not be surprised one bit if they are let go one way or the other.

They just said the bears have never hired a head coach with previous head coaching experience.

I heard a rumor last week that Shanahan would be interested in working with Cutty again if they kept him in Chicago (which seems to be the case). Idk how I feel about that, but at this point, I just want them to scrap the coaching staff (and preferably the GM). Rex Ryan is actually a name being tossed around, but mainly for his ability to bring back the elite defense that everyone is used to in Chicago. His lack of developing a QB may hurt his chances though as that seems to be the hot topic at the moment. Regardless, I just hope it's not Trestman. Despite all the injuries, that team just plays soft and seems unprepared every week. It's annoying.

I wonder if Haley would work there. The steelers offense has been really good.

Not sure how he could possibly survive this season.

Rex Ryan as DC would be dynamite. As HC would be the undoing of whichever GM makes that move.

Phil Emery's three years in Chicago included:

Firing Lovie Smith after a 10-6 record.
Hiring Trestman, whom was just fired.
Jay Cutler's enormous contract.
Letting Chicago's defense go to shit, literally.

Don't let the door hit ya...
