Honestly, I take it back. You have to consider firing Mickens as well with this defense. He has recruited these guys and coached them up. And they suck ass.

Sadly I have to agree. Sans Moore and Morrison, who has really developed under Mickens?

'22: Morrison became a stud. Mickey was a reserve body who transferred, Bellamy transferred.
'23: Gray has been okay, good at times, bad at others. Micah Bell didn't pan out and transferred.
'24: Moore became a stud. Hobbs has been a massive disappointment and got yanked for a freshman.

He's hit on 2 guys, Gray has been a moderate success, and the rest were whiffs.
