Post mortem:

1) Carr is good now, could be great
2) Chris Ash is a wet fart in white pants
3) Our total lack of a pass rush is a huge problem which is amplified by...
4) Our secondary is terrible. We have 1 guy that can cover and several slices of burnt toast.
5) Rest of the schedule isn't that daunting but the above issues likely lead to at least 2 more losses.
6) I'm not a fan of either of our coordinators.

The scheme is not consistent, which is causing the players to guess a bit. They will call a man scheme and have success then immediately roll into a zone scheme, only to give up a big play. Golden trusted his players, Ash thinks his play call will make the difference.

It’s on ND to not let it come down to one play so from coaching staff on down they have no one to blame but themselves. Hinish did get tackled & should’ve been flagged but to assume it would’ve been a sack is a bit much. Reed wasn’t sacked all night & I suspect he’d throw it up for grabs at a minimum.
