Also, for those criticizing Everett as a runner, his two runs in the red zone here have been ballsy and amazing. Plus he kept the one big play alive with his legs. Great drive for EG.

I don't see why this should be surprising at all. It sucks, but you have a redshirt freshman qb, some new starters and this might be the best d-line they play all season and they might have the best pair of starting corners they play all year. They also have just about the biggest d-line overall ND will face. People are underestimating them because they are Purdue but that is irrelevant. When Mike Golic plays against a 1st round talent, he will get owned. Same with Watt most likely.
