Notre Dame 31 Purdue 28. They'll find a way to look 10x better than their other games so far. Just sayin'.

If the score is this close we have HUGE problems!

The score was this close last year and Notre Dame went to the national championship. A win is a win is a win.

Notre Dame showed two things against Michigan, they still control the LOS, and Tommy Rees has complete control of this offense. I can't see Purdue having a Gardner-like athlete to bail them out. This will be ugly.

I just hope Martin doesn't get conservative and use the pistol and power run, I want to light them up.

This sure does seem to happen a lot in general with ND... I'm weary of selling weak opponents short then blowing up on game day... Our boys will have to come to play the next two weeks...

If there's one thing that comes out of a humbling loss, it's good motivation.

"We" were really confident coming into Michigan, and "we" got our asses handed to us.

I look forward to seeing how these guys respond.

Tuitt scored, but I have a feeling he's not very happy with how he played against Lewan.

The week cannot go by fast enough.

We agree on something!

Please blow them out so the younger guys can get time. Specifically Redfield, Rochell, Bryant and Folston.

I watched both Purdue games from beginning to end. The advantages that they had last year a) no tape for us to work off of and b) a formidable defensive line of scrimmage are not there any more. This team looks more like the one they fielded the last time we visited West Lafayette. I don't know where that is in relation to Temple, as the comparisons want to be made.

I don't read the future...so I will leave that to the other prognosticators on here to make predictions.

I'm staying the hell away from this site on Saturday... I could see this turning ugly (the thread) real quick if the Irish pull another Temple and win without impressing the masses...

I'll look for Greg to get more touches... I look forward to seeing Amir also... running. game. please.

Also want to see our D line/front dominate in a way we all feel they should.

I want to see ND rush for 300+ yards. Long TD passes are sexy, but please just run it down their throats all game long.

It's on during the Bama/A&M (or puke/poop) game... I doubt many average fans will be watching ND/ Purdue...

Bama/A&M play at 3:30. Some other evening games of note are USCe/Vandy, Texas/Ole Miss and ASU/Wisconsin.

Oh that's right... I was discussing this earlier and we all thought it was on the same time and found out at the end of the Convo. it was on later...

UT/Ole and ASu/Wisky are good *** games... I'll be flipping in between comericals and such... at least for the ASU game... I don't get Longhorn Network.

Is this game widely considered our easiest of the year? If so, I say unlock the hand cuffs and open it all up. Any freshman that wont be redshirted gets real playing time. Get the youth and backups some experience and time on the field before they are forced into it unprepared. Fully turn over the play calling instead of taking it back at times. Just let them play.

I watched Bryant's highlights tonight. He really reminds me of Lesean McCoy.

Bryant and Folston should be playing in the first half, regardless of score....

They should because they are our future, provided they've put in the proper work in practice. I have this sickening feeling Kelly will continue to pound square peg into round hole with GA III.

I disagree, Kelly knows that GA3 is not the every down back. I get why he plays so much though, kid hits the open field he is gone
