A mobile quarterback is challenging for a defense when the defense has to balance him scrambling with maintaining coverage downfield. Leonard has zero ability to keep his eyes downfield when in the pocket and you saw it there on that 3rd down. As soon as he left the pocket, Greathouse's defender left him wide open past the sticks and Leonard didn't see it.
