And he lays there for four hours in the middle of the street.

He was in the street for 4 hours due to logistics and then the angry crowd. I read on MSBNC tonight the the St Louis Dispatch investigated the timeline and reported this.

Ferguson uses St Louis County for higher skilled positions such as medical examiner, etc. First there was the shooting. Then backup called by Wilson arrived. Additional personnel, superiors, M.E., Internal Affairs, etc have to be called, respond and do their required tasks.

This isn't CSI where they get DNA results after a commercial. According to MSNBC the detectives were 30 miles away. It was 90 minutes before they arrived on scene. Then they had to perform on scene investigation and the body was released for movement via hearse. But the hearse could not get to the body because of an angry crowd interfering. A call went out for the SWAT to secure the site and provide protection. They had to wait additional time for the SWAT to arrive, make a hole in the crowd, and load the body. I believe I read it was more like 4-1/2 hours from shooting to collection.

If the evidence showed he acted according to the law, then why would there be a need for a trial? For no indictment to come back, the evidence that he acted appropriately had to be overwhelming. That's what a Grand Jury does. If there was sufficient evidence, then he would have been indicted.

That isn't true. There is a big difference between overwhelming evidence that he acted appropriately and not enough evidence to indict. There is a huge swath of area between those two.

Not saying he should have been indicted just that what you stated is incorrect.

People say and do the stupidest things. If you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem. Go home people.

Not really. It takes so little to get an indictment.

None of you would have heard about it if it wasn't for rioting. None of you give a shit about the less fortunate or the marginalized. This is worth being angry about.

They aren't the problem. The killers are. The men who shot John Crawford and the man in NY are. Darren Wilson is the problem. I pray there is a Hell for them to know.

Seems to be a pretty convenient situation that aerial views have been blocked for this entire process. Very odd. until a police car has caught on fire.
