Anybody who gets their shit broke should send a bill to the Ferguson Police Department, the DA and the members of the grand jury. Quite frankly, I value the life of the child that was shot much more than somebody's store window. If someone can take a kid's life with a clear conscience, I could definitely smash someone's personalty with one.

How is that justice when a police officer kills someone and gets away with it? We live in America, which is supposed to have the most freedom.

That's what happens when the evidence isn't clear. You go to trial if there's probable cause. There. Was.

Obviously the evidence wasn't clear enough even for that. But you haven't opened your mind up past your initial decision that this was a racist lynching. Dead serious here (no pun intended): If people want to change police behavior, rioting is not going to help. Rioting only reinforces the idea in a racist's mind, that the targets of his hate are deserving of it. If you really want to change their behavior, band together and demand that someone fund body cameras for all cops, everywhere. And why wasn't this guy equipped with a taser, so that maybe he could have used non-lethal measures? Rally together and demand that someone fund tasers for every single law enforcement officer in the country. If every LEO was wearing a camera, and had access to non-lethal measures, then the racist ones would not be able to hide behind false testimony.

If the system allows for one person to shoot another person dead in the street without any consequence then the system is broken. Whether the grand jury was on the take is besides the point; if they weren't it's even more obvious that the system is broke. It fails the same type of person over and over. If you want to quibble about semantics regarding whether he was technically a child, then you're missing the point. He was an unarmed black teenager killed by an armed white not-a-teenager. If that happen once it is a problem. For it to happen over and over again is a compete failure on the societal level.
