So far looks like that is a yes. If it does rain it helps us out now that it looks like we can run the ball. As long as we can contain the um QB

Weathermen, or women, can't accurately predict what will happen tomorrow, nevermind six days from now! It may rain, but it is just as likely that it may not at this point. Good looking out though.

I don't care what happens. Load the box coach. Load the box. Robinson can run. Make him throw. He is a natural runner. There is no reason we should not have 7-8 in the box all day. MAKE HIM THROW

He looked pretty accurate against UCONN...that might be a bad idea.

He may be accurate does not mean he is smart enough to play QB at the College level load the box

Not sure if you saw the Mich-UConn game, but that Robinson kid can run a little bit too. Hard enough to tackle him on solid ground, but I don't even want to think about having to break down and tackle that jackrabbit in the open field on a slippery surface.

Our running game did look good, but that was only one game. I'd MUCH MUCH MUCH rather have a dry surface so Crist can torch that awful, depleted Mich secondary. Make no mistake about it, rain would favor Mich more than it would us.

Yeah, I was going to say Michigan has the superior running quarterback. And while I don't expect 250 yards rushing, I like our chances with AA, Cierre, and a dash of HUUUUUUUUGHES!!!!

Denard is your running game...when I think of running game i think of the whole package- RBs and the QB to a lesser extent. I will give you the edge in QB running game...did you see Wood and Allen on sat? What kind of yardage did your RB get?

I watched that highlight reel and all of a sudden I'm not nearly as nervous.

UCONN looked kinda miserable, looked that game could have easily swung the other way, or at least A LOT closer.

scUM better pray that Robinson can repeat that performance (but I don't see it happening.) I think they're in big trouble.

Smith and Shaw got 51 and 48 respectively

I think Denard will suffer from a football related head injury via one of our LBs by half time. Forcier will get his time under center. This will be a great game...

We will win. This will be the first game I have ever attended. Sorry Go Blue, but this game is ours. Denard "I'm too cool to tie my shoes" Robinson is gonna get knocked the F-out. I put that... Our LBs will limit the rushing game. Roughly half the yardage Michigan put out against UConn will be allowed.

ND over Meat Chicken, 40-31.

But I wouldn't hinge your game plan on knocking Robinson the fuck out, that was said on this board about Tate "I still haunt your defenses dreams" Forier, and look how well that turned out.

Sadly, he's right. We talked about how Forcier was a twig and we were going to snap him in half by half-time. And then he torched us so bad that we started a friggin Heisman campaign for a guy who can't even start this year.

One game does not a running game make. I won't call us a good running team until I see it for a few games. And I wouldn't call Robinson a good passer until I see it for a few games. I still stand by my earlier post...the rain favors Michigan, the sunshine favors us. I personally think we'll win, but won't be shocked if we lose. Change is a process, not an instant, and it's going to take a while before we see a true Kelly team. But I like where we're headed, that's for sure.

I just want to see RichRod have a reason to say, "DAMN IT TATE!!!"

Don't remember which game I saw that last year, but it was funny. Tate should transfer down to Rice with Sam McGuffie. A Vanilla Ice-Snow World Tour would be electric.

UCONN is way better IMO that Purdue. They beat the tar out a good uconn team. If you aren't impressed by the scum offense then you are fooling yourselves.

please no one get caught up in the UCONN "hype" because i remember last year when people said Cinicinnati shouldn't go to the NC because they played in a poor Big East conference, and had no real competition which included this UCONN team.

yes D. Robinson looked impressive, but how does UCONN all of a sudden become some solid program.

when it is convenient

That intelligent throw at the 3:00 mark? Please. Connecticut's entire defense bit on the screen and he hit a wide open receiver. Connecticut looked BAD in that film.

The media made them out to be one when they won a game on November 21st 2009

I hear ya....

But with that mentality from ESPN, doesn't that make Syracuse a formidable opponent?

In my book, Utah, Navy, and BYU are all way more competitive than UCONN.
