Alright, as is listed in another thread, here's the rankings for each team.

We have determined that we will start as Offensive or Defensive Coordinators at a 1-3 star non BCS team, those that haven't picked one that meets that criteria, please send me a PM or post your new pick to the board.

I'm not married to the idea of being commissioner but I'll do it if no one else wants to.

Let's get everybody's PSN's and teams then we'll put a fine point on rules.

Go ahead and start practicing with these so you can get acclimated to the style.

We will be using Buckeye02 + Gatorbait's rosters. You can check on their progress here: NCAA 12 All-American Slider Set - Operation Sports Forums They seem to think they will be done as early as Saturday. I will keep an eye on it and launch the dynasty ASAP, but we have set a tentative start date as Monday.

I sent out all Dynasty invites.

Irishpat apparently hasn't bought the game yet as he is not listed in the servers.

Pkt77242 hasn't responded to my friend invite, but I graciously extended him a dynasty invitation nonetheless.

I just left conferences like they are.. I found we would be locked into playing WAY too many human v human games if I consolidated everyone into the WAC and Conf-USA.

Alas this means, out of fairness, I couldn't schedule a BCS berth for any of our conferences.

Once everyone gets in, I'll make sure the schedules look fair and we'll do this thing!

-Number of games a week (I hope 2 or less unless we all finish early.)
-hum vs hum games (the more of these, the less games a week) I prefer 2 a season not counting bowls and championship games.

-As many as we can, I'll look everyday to see who's green. I'll advance asap, no pressure to do more than 2 a week though.

-Exactly my thoughts, I was thinking no more than two and possible conference re-alignments to make that easier.

-That's up to everyone, I saw discussion about it but it's not a deal breaker for me either way.

Side note: The Sun Devils were the first team I played on in Metro football. I'm pretty sure I lead the league in tackles. I was about all my team had as for defense. And I was tiny.
About 50lbs. Shortest kid on our team I think. I was racking 20+ tackles per game I bet. What's bad is I was Safety.

I vote for no limits....in fact...the more games against humans with voice chat the better.

Villas, NJ...bought 5 minutes north of Cape May.
2 houses from the Delaware Bay...great price on a pet friendly house and community (the Lord knows I could never leave my pup behind)
The woman set it all up....her family is along and it is quite the good tome so far...cept at this point I am drinking alone and watching Jeremiah Johnson...great movie!
we are having a good time so far!

Also...any bluetooth phone microphone will work on the ps3. You just have to link them. Sony's official bluetooth is an extremely nice piece of kit, I might add.

Teambuilder 11 tells me I have the right personnel for my power option no huddle this year, so watch out!

I agree on the ND coord positions being off limits.
Head gig or nothing.

There shouldn't be a limit to the number of players in a conference BUT remember that it will slow the league down a bit.

I'm unsure how I feel about the whole pay pal thing.
A small fee might be good to discourage quitters or even reward those who stick it out. I'm good either way so long as were talking 10 bucks or less.


As for taking a MAC team, I have this crazy idea that might just pay off! If this coord thing works the way I think it might.... watch out!

Wait I have never played a dynasty as a coordinator... So would we not control the defense then?

Yeah we all discussed that you had to start as a coordinator at a 3 star or less school. We also never had the choice of being a coordinator before this year. From what I've seen and heard you will only handle your side of the ball and recruiting. That is with offline dynasty play...I don't know how online will play out. But we want to get the full effect of this new coaching carousel.


Maybe the commissioner could let us head coach at 1 star schools?
That is up for debate though.

First off, seeing as GreatDayne picked ASU, I'll be back to USF for the time being so right now we have if memory serves me, 4 in the PAC, 2 in the MAC, and 3 in the Big East. We almost have a full ship.

Second, I don't know if there are that many one stars... I think 2 stars should be allowed to be the head coach. I don't know why you'd want to be though.

Also, I know at the moment I have USF, but if nobody could take Ball State that'd be excellent. Depending on how this thing works, I may start with them. We will see though.

Alright, I'm going to catch up here.

I know that more human v human games sound great but it does slow down a dynasty. We have to be cognizant of that.

So..... Arizona, ASU, OrSU, and Cal I think is a bit much.

I can switch off of Cal, maybe I'll take Miss State? But I think 4 in the PAC-12 is pushing it... although I did say we could realign conferences if that's what we want.

Also: We discussed the ND job as our goal.. 1st with the HC job 'wins,' so I agree that a coordinator job is off-limits. (At ND of course.) If you feel like taking a OC or DC job at a bigger school would help you get to ND quicker, by all means take it.

If we really wanted to deal with this issue of conferences and fairness, we could make a rule that you are limited to non-BCS schools 3 star and under.

(just a thought.)
