I’ve seen a projection or two for next year and many omissions from it which leads me to believe they don’t know Schitt! I trust the experts in this board to do more research than some of the article writing hacks out there.

Would also be interested to know who might be EEs in the knew recruiting class and who might be a possible contributor.

This can change depending on if guys like Patterson, Foskey and Lenzy return. I'm assuming they're gone in this case.

Looks pretty good. I hope the Ademilola twins come back. i also would like Bracy comes back as a nickel. Mensah would be ahead of Ehrensberger unless something changes from the way it is now. I'm expecting at least one of the freshman receivers make the two deep and one of the other 5th year guys at WR comes back, most likely Wilkins. You have to be two deep at those positions nowadays. Takacs would also be a likely 5th year guy and he's ahead of Bauman now but we almost never target him as a receiver so I wonder if he's any good.

on offense i'd swithc spindler and kristofic. then on defense im not ready to put kollie over bauer, would have to see how kollie looks in the spring. if sneed EE i wonder if he could over take kiser. also i'll be looking to see how DBs tucker, riley and gee look like this spring. also on offense this years freshman (2021) OL could turn into a killer OL class.

Haven’t been impressed with Mensa so far. Hope and expect all those with the option of returning will. Also like what I have seen from Watts and Prince.

Who is going to leave us? I hope C’Bo has his degree if he leaves. I think he has a role to play and between the tackles I think he runs better than Tyree who is too small for that.

Did you mean to put Aidan Keanaaina here?

My guess is Kyren and Patterson leave for the draft. C'Bo transfers, and then we have a random transfer from an older guy buried on the depth chart like Carroll, Takacs, Ajavon. Everyone else stays, including Foskey.

I haven't seen any rankings that have Foskey in the top 50. McShay released his top 32 plus top 10 position rankings and Foskey was nowhere to be found. Kyren was 3 and Patterson was 2 in their respective position rankings. I'm betting Foskey is looking at a 3rd/4th round slot if he comes out and decides to stay. If he can build even more off this past year I could see him working into the late first conversation next year.

Nice Work, Balki!

Our O lines are identical. I like that you have both Ademilolas back, it seems to ring true.

My surmise (and that's all it is) is that Foskey will return. Remember, he was a TE at DelaSalle, and if he looks at evidence, he will see how the Okwaras, Kareem and Hayes benefited from the extra year.

I would put in Henderson over Brown, then Brown over Watts, but with Watts playing a ton. My second surmise is that Henderson will be the Cam Hart of 2022.

Very thoughtful work, Balki!

Not sure if this has been known for a while now but looks like even though Bramlett has another year of eligibility he is seeking a graduate transfer. That’s a bummer and no doubt the reason why we went so hard to get that 6 star punter committed asap!

why would he do this? Because we don’t punt enough?

I believe Pete Sampson referenced in a tweet that he wants to be closer to home. Maybe it’s a family matter. Who knows. It’s up to Jay to share it or not.

As if we didn't know, this freshman class is legit and the future is bright offensively. We're gonna have to work in some freshmen next year on defense and build for a big 2023 run.

Where are the people that wanted Big Fish to sit this one out?

Foskey is coming back….trust me

Zeigler too skinny will need a couple years before he is ready for Saturdays

#24 too skinny? Disagree.

My prediction on Ziegler getting in the field early is actually that with his current built + EE he is college ready. That plus the makeup to pickup the position says someone who forces himself on the field.

IB says the staff is really really high on Ryan Mills . They expect him to be the starter at Big End in 2022.

Bumping this as to not get the freak out of bumping his thread. No Botelho in the DL room?

Must be staying in the LB room. Botelho to me is a SAM backer when we don’t have a SAM. I hope they can figure out a way to properly rotate personnel at “Rover” between the spectrum of Botelho - Bracy with Kiser and maybe Sneed, maybe Ziegler, hell maybe Burnham in between.

Aiden and Rubio must provide at least one break through player between them. We need an interior mauler and they both have the beef.

40/40/20 snaps between Lacey/Cross/Aiden K would be a welcomed sight and make some sense.

Sounds like Aiden is a legit 310+. He’d be the first 310+ to play meaningful D snaps since? Jarron Jones? Even then he had way more height. Can’t recall the last sub 6’4 310+

As we near the end of Spring, I’m making a few changes.

QB: Buchner
RB: Tyree OR Diggs OR Price OR Estime
WR: Lenzy
- Thought Austin would return and Lenzy would hit the portal as a result.
WR: Styles
WR: TRANSFER
TE: Mayer
LT: Alt
LG: Kristofic
C: Patterson
RG: Lugg
RT: Fisher
- Damn my above projection stunk, things turned out way less messy so far

DE: Mills
DT: Jayson A
NT: Lacey
Vyper: Foskey
MIKE: Bauer
WILL: Liufau
ROVER: Kiser
NB: Bracy
- Taking the OR off Bertrand and Ziegler. I think Ziegler plays but they are going heavy Nickel instead of different Rovers. Bracy should basically be a starter.
CB: Hart
BS: Brown
FS: Joseph (TRANSFER comes through!)
- Starting S #2 is a crapshoot and probably ends up with “ORs” I just don’t know how they’re gonna start to segregate yet
CB: Lewis
