This is why I have begun to like the guy. He's not making excuses.

1 he looks like a tool bag with his sun glasses on inside at a press conference. It’s not cool at all.

2 shut up. You have taken what other teams were saying to pump up your team and Lanning did the same for his. His ego makes him think he has the last word.

I actually agree with this. If Deion can take everything personal and talk to his team then so can others. Deion went as far as calling certain reporters out for writing things about him they didn’t even write… who is keeping receipts against him?

Many of the men and women I know who are coaches may not necessarily like Deion, but they like the things he says and does when it comes to the job.

Prepare. Love the game. Be accountable. Lift weights, watch film, show up on time, or just show up at all, etc. He doesn't sound like an enabler or a "players coach."

BIG game at Arizona State coming up for CU.

What makes it “BIG”?

ASU is +4 at home with a 59.4 over/under.

CU is +7 on turnovers this year, ASU is -12. Both teams are on losing streaks.

Game is on Pac 12 Network.

College football should say that’s fine but you will never be involved with the playoffs ever again.

Bring back the old bowl system, down withi playoffs
The old way was chaotic and corrupt but fun. Like the time in like 94 when we made the Fiesta Bowl - against Colorado - but only won 6 games.

Colorado getting an at-large NY6 would be ridiculous. But I’d take a rematch.

I'm 35 years old and only know of him in name and he is a old NFL player. Gonna be hard for 16,17 and 18 year old kids to know who he is without youtube or their uncle hanging around.
Deion Changed the NFL and CFB in his respective times at those institutions. He's got all kinds of bling to impress,... but,.. his Mouth is gonna win over any of it....

They should get to 6-6.

I can't wait to see when they play UCLA. Sean Lewis playcalling on Offense vs D'Anton Lynn on defense. Lynn is killing it as as first year DC and is probably headed back to the NFL before too long.

Shut the hell up. ND is on the 4th straight 7:30 game regardless of the results. Attention because it isn’t his way.

Not many other games on that late so you think people might watch you blow out the trees.

They have to win tonight to have a shot. They could easily lose five straight after this one. Arizona is the most "winnable" game left outside of Stanford and they didn't look too bad when I've watched them this year.

To this point Arizona has wins against Northern Arizona, UTEP and Stanford. Colorado gets them at home. You figure the Prime Buffs have been on the road to TCU, Oregon and Arizona State having won two of those three. UCLA is doable and not many environments are as crazy as Oregon. They do go to Utah, however, which won't be hospitable whatsoever.

They get a bye week after tonight.

The PAC 12 in general is pretty tough and it would appear that week to week you're not getting much of a break. UCLA and Utah play good defense. Oregon State and Wazzu are good. Colorado lucks out by not having to play Washington.

Arizona could be in for a letdown game. Short turnaround from a USC game that went into OR that they should have won.

TCU is awful, and Arizona State may be the worst Power 5 team.

I legit don't see a single win left on their schedule. Maybe they eke out a win against Arizona.

But Oregon State, Utah, UCLA and Wazzu? Nah. They're finishing 4-8, maybe 5-7.

Wow Stanford down 29-0 and come back to win the game 46-43 in 2OT. Complete choke job by Prime and Colorado.

Colorado looking like a 6-6 season, possibly even 5-7. I think it’s critical for Prime to get them to 6 wins and bowl eligible. You get the extra practices and some momentum going into the offseason and momentum recruiting.

4 of their remaining 5 games are against ranked opponents.

I'd say that 5-7 isn't just possible, but a near foregone conclusion.

And frankly, they're lucky to be 4-3 right now, given how they barely escaped against a bad TCU squad and got gifted a win at home against Colorado freakin' State.

Putting aside the fact that Colorado just signed a brand new team through the Portal, going 6-6 is still a remarkable progression. Colorado had one of the worst teams out of all P5 last season.

The hype makes it seem like they should be 10-2 by the end of the season, but 6-6 is great for that program in Year 1 of a new coach, a new rebuild. It’s about building a program. No one considers the long-term goals. It’s all about instant gratification. You want a team that consecutively competes for the CFP? You’ll have to take some lumps first on that road. Saban was 7-6 his first year at Alabama, Kirby Smart was 8-5, Dabo 9-5.

And the players are all stuck there as they all transfered in while Prime will bail if a better offer comes along.

Hopefully someone on Stanford ripped off Shadeur’s watch, so he can’t do that bitch move anymore.
