Because I clearly never said that you were an idiot.

And yes, I love character development. To me that makes the difference in a show. But if you are still upset or confused, they are having episodes to help clear some of it up.

However, I am not sure how you got the idea that the Preacher is a vampire, since he clearly is not.

Also, they are getting into his power and where it comes from now. A lot of it is about the law of unintended consequences. He is trying to do the right thing with his powers, but it always backfires, so seeing where it really comes from is very interesting and compelling stuff.

Sunday's episode was pretty cool. They kind of slowed everything down a bit and I am beginning to understand who everyone is. I love the violence, too.

I am here too. I have not seen the comics/graphic novels. I find the characters intriguing, the acting is pretty good, and I look forward to finding out what is next.

My only fear is that it will get too weird like Twin Peaks and Lost both did.

Don't know how many people on the board were around when Twin Peaks first came out, but it was incredible. It was like we were suddenly getting a transmission from Mars on our televisions. I think it's difficult to understand how groundbreaking it was without being familiar with the shows that were on television at the time. Just a show out of time.

Season finale was interesting.

I have really enjoyed so much about this show and I have been hooked since the first episode. However, I was a little disappointed with the season finale. Nothing really specific, but I thought it was just kind of "meh..." Wiping out the whole town was cool, but the rest was just a little lackluster, in my opinion.

I am looking forward to seeing the Preacher/Tulip/Cassidy road trip next season.
