I love this country but anyone who thinks we still live in a Democracy is delusional! Voting doesn't matter!

The Bilderbergs run this country and most other countries. Just do the research of how many presidents and politicians visit these annual meetings. They are bought!

Or go to my conspiracy thread and read up.

10 years ago i'd agree, but today, with the tools available, social media etc, WE can change the process from the bottom up. WE all just ahve to keep faith and spread the word, itll catch on eventually, revolutions are inevitable under total control.

Kony 2012.

Is he still alive?

How'd that push go?

Its not a conspiracy it actually happened. In fact the meetings are going on right now and both Clinton's and Obama have been invited. Just cause CNN doesn't report it doesn't make it a conspiracy! Main Stream Media is part of the problem because we never get the truth and it is presented at an eight grade level.

Romney, for sure. I think he'd be the best President since Kennedy.

I'm not a fan, at all, of the military discussions he's had on the trail. I think they're largely to rally the base.

I'm also not a big fan of his immigration policy, but it's not the biggest issue this country faces.

If I'm going to trust a guy to bring efficiency to Washington DC and to turn the economy around, it's probably the guy with Romney's very impressive track record.

Obama is the worst President in my lifetime, which is saying something for how bad Bush II was. Obama is, to put it kindly, an amateur.

Totally agree with you, Kony was the product of people just feeling bad and so sharing the video, not a real passionate movement. One day people will realize.

Real results would require the determination of the egyptians, syrians, lybians.

I realize that.

Disregard.

Preacher preach on.

(the bohemian grove, the g20, and the creature from Jekyll island have all been discussed in detail.)

I believe we have discussed the Bilderbergs as well.

If not, feel free to add a topic line. Posting it here means you are now under surveillance.

I will also never vote for a president who takes campaign money from a foreign organisation. AIPAC funds Obama and Romney!

This has been surprisingly level-headed. I'm voting for Obama. I can't trust Romney since he's flip-flopped so much and the whole "clean slate" thing or whatever the words he used to discount how far right he had to go during the primaries didn't help change that. Obama obviously hasn't kept all of his promises but at least 2nd term presidents don't have to worry about re-election. Romney isn't going to win. Unlike Reagan, Clinton, Bush, and Obama, the commonman can't relate to him since he's rich and Mormon. He's very bland and looks like a muppet. I don't like his business background and he feels like more of a politician than even Obama. I wish we lived in a country where intellectuals were making decisions, not people who have spent their whole lives trying to manipulate people.

We should have 1 6-year term and not 2 4-year terms. You don't have to worry about the president needing to run for re-election so less of the stupid politics game if there is one turn.

Could Romney's choice of VP change anyone mind?

If the Supreme Court overturns Obamacare, will that help Romney? He supported his own version in MA. right?

Did Obama decide to support gay marriage publicly only once he was sure Romney would win the Republican nomination because the Democratic party believes Romney doesn't have a serious chance of beating Obama?

I'm with Obama. There is absolutely NO way we can cut the deficit without raising revenue. I think the wealthiest of Americans can afford to pay what they were paying during the Clinton Admin. When we experienced record surpluses. The jobless rate would drop a great deal if the do nothing congress would pass the American Jobs Act.
Mitt would be an extension of Bush Jr. We can't afford to go back there. The tax cuts and wars were never paid for. Thats where the huge deficits came from.

Only if he picks Ron Paul after Ron Paul says he'll calm down with the anti-federalist stuff and starts thinking more practically, and then Romney says he believes December 21st 2012 is the doomsday and will go into solitude starting then. Basically, no.

At least I already know what Obama has flip-flopped on and can guess what he is going to flip-flop on. Romney has changed everything about him and has no firm beliefs from what I can tell.

If you think any of them actually "pay" for any of their programs you are mistaken. Just remember the CBO acts within a predefined set of rules, which makes it really easy to manipulate. Both parties do it.

Losers don't make policy.

People will say whatever is necessary to win. Look at his actions and you'd see far fewer flips. Remember Obama's "close Guantanamo" promise? What about promising to read the budget line by line?

Unlike Reagan, Clinton, Bush, and Obama, the commonman can't relate to him since he's rich and Mormon.

lol wut

Name the best Presidents of the 20th century, many of them were loaded. Kennedy was worth 400% of what Romney is. Both of the Roosevelts were rolling in cash. Hell most of the Founding Fathers were rich mofo's themselves. This belief is nothing short of asinine.

And that's not to say that Obama isn't rich or get it. He went to Ivy League schools, he went to a high school which has a tuition of $19,000/yr this year. He had been a part of the privileged class for a loooong time. You think Obama "gets it" when he's hosting $40,000/plate fundraisers? That's not so much a knock on Obama not "getting it," just the idea that rich guys can't get it at all.

I'm voting for the guy with a proven track record of success. A guy who has built companies to compete globally, a guy who has managed corporations and organizations from failure to success, and has solved huge budget crisis.

I don't like his business background and he feels like more of a politician than even Obama. I wish we lived in a country where intellectuals were making decisions, not people who have spent their whole lives trying to manipulate people.

"Intellectuals" from some grand ivory tower are the ones who don't get it! The guys who build businesses and govern states get it!

Intellectuals don't know a g*d damn thing about how economies function. They come up with ideas in classrooms and try to impose them on millions of people. That's the f*cking problem with the federal government.

Also, the Supreme Court must repeal Citizens United. Corporations are NOT people. They shouldn't be able to pour millions into these campaigns. The Super PACs don't even have to report where the money came from.
The $100 I'm going to contribute really means nothing because of this terrible law.

You don't have to raise revenue via tax increases. You can raise it by succeeding in growing businesses too.....something Obama hasn't grasped apparently. We'd had pathetic GDP growth under Obama.

I think the wealthiest of Americans can afford to pay what they were paying during the Clinton Admin.

They can.

When we experienced record surpluses.

....when the internet revolutionized business.

The jobless rate would drop a great deal if the do nothing congress would pass the American Jobs Act.

Borrowing more hundreds of billions of dollars to overpay union construction crews to build roads and bridges is not the path to prosperity. Those are not legitimate jobs that add worth to the country. How do you not get that?

Mitt would be an extension of Bush Jr. We can't afford to go back there. The tax cuts and wars were never paid for. Thats where the huge deficits came from.

No President since Eisenhower (I think?) has paid a single dollar on the principle of the debt, so your claim is foolish. Mitt Romney is much closer to Clinton than he is Bush.
