Yeah, beating ND does give a squad some street cred for a bit, but we'll see come week 12. In the past, these same teams have folded like a cheap Salvation Army suit.

Stanford's got a pretty brutal road to get there, but yea...they could do it. MSU I think could be good... UM, though, will crumble. They have one of the worst defenses I have ever seen.

Stanford also has to face Arizona, who looked legit against Iowa, then sucked against Cal.
Realistically, we hoped for3-3 after six. Can still get there if we pick it up. Fresh meat QB next week at BC. Secondary stepped up, time for our OLB to do the same. I think we can run alot vs BC. Would love to see 5 receivers a few times as well as Crist on a Go route. He's a big dude and the D wouldn't see it coming. Maybe Goodman in the Wildcat, can pass and run.

This may sound weird but I am actually glad that we are not doing well right now. The last three coaches started off hot and then blew it out their a$$ after their first two years. At least this way I am not looking at false hope year after year.....

Michigan will finish 8-4 or 9-3.
Michigan State will have their typical year and drop their last five or six games. They have an awful defense that will lose them a lot of games.
Stanford is legit and will probably win the Pac 10 if they can beat Oregon.

If Michigan loses DRob, I would expect a lower total.
I've said it before, I have to watch a lot of Pac-10 football since I've moved to Alaska, and I've seen just about every team in the conference, and all of the "good" ones. Stanford is the best in my opinion, and they are going to beat Oregon this week.

I would like to see stanford win an NC for all the schools out there that actually care about academics (ND, STAN, Northwestern)

Let's face it..our offense IS our defense. The points they put up on the board will be what wins us games. NOT the defense. If Denard and the offense run on all cylinders..watch out. They could surprise.. (knock on wood)
So far my ND predictions I did back when I joined here are 3/4 correct BTW.
Good luck the rest of they way ND. I want next years win err game at the Big House under the lights, to be two ranked teams.
