We need an OC who isn't an idiot and is also experienced enough to stop Freeman from making bad decisions.
Yeah. Wondering who he consults with on this stuffFreeman is 23 games in. Yes it’s early. Yes he’s learning and improving. Some of these mistakes are inexcusable regardless of tenure.
They would be more likelihood of another watts interception that a long pass reception.Freeman played himself there. Under 30 sec there is no reason to “bleed clock” … Pitt isn’t USC.
GP’s run plan early on was fine but when Narduzzi adjusted GP kept running it when running between the tackles was working. We need an OC who isn't an idiot and is also experienced enough to stop Freeman from making bad decisions.
it was execution.MF terrible game management still.
Correct. Abandon the perimeter stuff as Pitt has successfully adjusted to stopping that. They were going a good job of finding holes between the tackles.Good first half score wise regardless. O line needs to start opening some holes and play action
This is the problem- we don't have an experienced offensive leader anywhere on the staff. That's why the Parker promotion was unacceptableYeah. Wondering who he consults with on this stuff
You could have scored 0 points. That would be worse.First and goal with over a minute left 2 timeouts… we still have first and goal but no time left and forced to kick fg… you can’t do worse
Yeah, I’m afraid he’s gonna get roasted for that. When the failed NFL coach in the booth is basically predicting what ended up happening it’s not good. ND has done everything they could on offense to lose this game. You CANNOT let an inferior team hang around and give them hope but ND has done just that. I fully expect Pitt to put together a scoring drive to start the 2H b/c the ND defense can only let the offense off the hook so many times before Pitt finally gets lucky.Literally the last team to worry about driving the length of the field with a minute left is Pitt
He's been up and down on clock management this year. Was really good early in the 1st 4 games (I know, against inferior opponents), but sure wasn't the best today against an inept Pitt defense...may also spell a little loss of trust in Sam to not turn the ball over in a passing situation
Morrison strained his quad in warmups. Google says 4-6 weeks but who knows the severity. No idea on Hart. Man is Mickey bad. What did they say about Morrison and Hart?
Morrison is out w/ an aggravated quad. What did they say about Morrison and Hart?
They said he was getting his forearm wrapped.Morrison is out w/ an aggravated quad.
I couldn’t tell what sideline reporter said about Hart but if I had to guess, it’s his shoulder which could be bad news.
Right forearm I think...dont believe it's his shoulderMorrison is out w/ an aggravated quad.

I knew as soon as ND got flagged on the blind side block by JD that ND would likely end up settling for a FG. I had no idea it would play out the way it did w/ Jason Garrett basically saying what “could” happen & it happened exactly that way.First and goal with over a minute left 2 timeouts… we still have first and goal but no time left and forced to kick fg… you can’t do worse
Thank goodness. They said he was getting his forearm wrapped.
Please don’t be his shoulder. Hart is playing great and he needs a good break so he can get to the nflRight forearm I think...dont believe it's his shoulder
