Once again why was Max Huerlman taking punts
Because he is the best at it, by a mile.

Not joking. Every reporter, analyst, coach, etc… has commented on this.

He makes good decisions, doesn’t muff or fumble, & doesn’t let the ball hit the ground & roll 20 more yards.

There is a lot of hidden yards in punt returns people don’t pick up on.
Running up and catching a wobbly punt & returning it 5 yards, is infinitely better than letting it hit the ground & bounce 20 yards.
It’s the difference of having the ball at the 40 compared to the 15.

The RPO was working for Leonard yesterday. I'm okay with the slow Read Option if it leads to more Slant passes for TDs.

But why won't he catch a wobbly punt and return it 50 yards, is he stupid?

Has Price been used to return since he took that one all the way last year?
Get him in.

So is there any clarity as to whether or not the annual "rivalry" with Stanford is just dead, and they'll join the 5 game ACC rotation? Or is that still up in the air?

Curious because it seems odd that we still only have 11 games scheduled in 2025, getting kind of late to figure that out. Seems like Stanford is the obvious fill-in as they also only have 11 games. Just wondering if anyone has heard or read anything about this.

I really, really would like us to drop Stanford as a rivalry game...keep USC, Navy and plug in Michigan, MSU

There is no way I'd be for playing michigan every year. Cheating assholes. Can't deal with that fanbase on an annual basis. They are scum.

The home and home every so often, sure. MSU, all for it. bring them back.

If y’all ever go to the knick knackeries in New Buffalo and have occasion to find all the sparty stuff moved to the front and wonder who hid all the skunky shit behind it. You are welcome.
