How many of those throws does RL complete? What's the result of that drive with him in there? I get that Angeli isn't the runner RL is, but I'm still not convinced we wouldn't be a better overall offense with him as QB. Passing game would certainly be noticeably better. Can't imagine that wouldn't bode well for the running game either.

Angeli IS a statue...compared to Leonard. He's also a WAY better thrower of the football which is infinitely more important to the QB position than running IMO. After all, that's why RB is a scholarship position as well - and we have a helluva stable at that. I concede the offense would look different, but I think it could be more effective with a traditional passer.
