29.5 points? I know Boston College isn’t great, but they are at home and you got to expect at least 4 PI calls against us among the 120 yards they’ll get in penalties.

While I agree Vernon hasn't been what we hoped for, it should be noted that he isn't switching positions. Rather the need for OL bodies on scout team. Sean Sev and Mukam also helping out on scout team OL until Black and Augustine are cleared through concussion protocolAnyone catch in the presser that Brenan Vernon is scout team OL? It's why you need to keep evaluating kids throughout their HS career (like ND is finally doing). His film was terrible his jr/sr year. He lost all athleticism with added weight. Burnham is having a similar issue, not quite as bad. It's a risk you take with players that need to add a lot of weight to play their position in college.
He practiced most of the week leading to USC, think they held him out because of the slick conditions so as to risk re-injury. Don't think they'll update the availability until they practice again this week. What in the world is going on with Greathouse? Are we just saving him for as long as possible to maximize his health for the playoffs?
probably waiting to use him for the playoffs so he can save his redshirt. What in the world is going on with Greathouse? Are we just saving him for as long as possible to maximize his health for the playoffs?
Maybe but would he really play 2 more years of college football?probably waiting to use him for the playoffs so he can save his redshirt.
You'd think ND would be projected to score 50+ in this one, but I do worry about officiating slowing this thing down considerably.View attachment 3060866
I would hope our offense is better than Pitt, Clemson, UCONN, and Louisville, and the lowest number they gave up was 38. They covered each of the last three big numbers against completely overmatched opponents, I think this team has earned the benefit of the doubt with those big spreads
BC 120th in KFord Defensively, Notre Dame #2 in offensive KFord. They might drop 70You'd think ND would be projected to score 50+ in this one, but I do worry about officiating slowing this thing down considerably.
Weather forecast for Saturday looks pleasant.
They really are bad. If ND "remembers the pain" and locks in, they really should not have any issues with this game. Take care of business, onto the next one.BC 120th in KFord Defensively, Notre Dame #2 in offensive KFord. They might drop 70
There's good money to be had in CFB, so I'll say yes. But thats because im not sure he's anything better than late pick/UFA for the NFL.Maybe but would he really play 2 more years of college football?
Their whole roster is questionable if you ask me!Prister said BC has “about 30” players listed as questionable this week

now you KNOW they are terrified of usPrister said BC has “about 30” players listed as questionable this week
The effects of NIL money will continue to be felt. A lot of players that know they are probably third rd pick or lower are going to think hard about making as much money as they can in college rather than declare for the pros. Of course the injury concerns are valid but some are starting to take out insurance and from what I gather NIL money can go for that as wellThere's good money to be had in CFB, so I'll say yes. Nah, BC always saves some back for the Irish. 40+ I'm thinking (52-10 maybe).BC 120th in KFord Defensively, Notre Dame #2 in offensive KFord. They might drop 70
Especially after the 1st half beat down ... nobody will want to go out in the 2nd half. Irish by 40+Prister said BC has “about 30” players listed as questionable this week
He’s nowhere near a Day Two draft pick at this point, so probably. Just a question of where.Maybe but would he really play 2 more years of college football?
If Greathouse doesn’t suit up this weekend … it’s time to start worrying about his exit. This according to (and I agree with ) the boys at Irish Illustrated. What in the world is going on with Greathouse? Are we just saving him for as long as possible to maximize his health for the playoffs?
Wouldn't be surprsied if the stadium is 50 percent Notre Dame fans on Saturday - BC is ass and this is our only game in the Northeast this year so New Yorkers will come up for it too - whereas I don't think I've ever met an SMU alum in New England. The ND effect - $6 get in SMU @ BC...$174 against the Irish
