Cornell and Princeton should be very good on O but frankly I think the Ivy is just too soft to really compete.

Just got back from Philly...What an amazing weekend!
My 3 biggest takeaways...
1. This team is insane..Gotta be one of the best, deepest teams of all time. Literally no weaknesses anywhere...Such an awesome team to watch!
2. Notre Dame fans are the best...incredibly polite, and can handle their booze with the best of them!
3. Major Props to RIT and Tufts...DIII game that was literally a clinic on how lacrosse should be played...Poetry in motion. Those kids can flat out play!

Question for those that follow Lax closely.

Is there elite recruiting behind this?

And, how repeatable is this success, year after year? I don’t mean winning a ship but is the talent on the roster and future rosters one that should expect to compete for it year in and year out?

I only follow it loosely, but next year we have the #1 and #8 overall players coming in. 2025 went up another notch, with I believe 4(?) 5-stars and eight players in the top 48. Needless to say, they have plenty to work with in the future.

Lacrosse will be pretty wide open next year. Basically you lose two years worth of players because the entire 2020 class got a fifth year and took it plus you have your 2021 class out of eligibility unless they missed a year. We’ll lose a lot of guys but so will the other powers.

The Ivy’s can’t take fifth year guys so they are going to be less experienced than the other powers.

We should be right in the thick of things but not as deep as this year’s team. Goalie is the big question mark in my view.

Congrats fellas on going B2B, they should be a Top 3 team next year as well and have an opportunity to do something that hasn't been done in close to 30 years since Princeton from '96-'98....3Peat

Attacking trio of P. Kavanagh, Taylor and McLane will surely be missed but incomes the #1 Recruit and 5 other Top 40 recruits in '24.
