If we get matched up with Ohio State that's the one game where the injuries really might (finally) be too much. With Morrison and Mills and our edge players very good chance we could limit their offense. Without them, hard to see us winning at the LOS and stopping the run consistently.

On offense, I don't know what you do, but you have to get better play at LT. RG you can figure it out and probably be OK.

Well the thread title is Injury Report, Discussion and Updates
“Actually”

Add Jaden Mickey. Regardless of reason, we’re missing a lot of pieces this year for one reason or another. Makes me even more proud of the team and impressed to be playing for a championship

That is 6 of 22 starters (including 2 All-American's) from August 1 that were lost for the season at some point...no less the guys that are playing just completely hobbled like Cross.

Remember when Joe fucking Smith got hurt and that meant our defense couldn't do one thing right for the rest of the year?

A game like this is you just gotta hope they have an off day and the defense can cause a few turnovers

I remember us sucking in 2015 with him. Of course the blame really fell elsewhere.

Yup. If Ohio State wins tonight, which I expect, then I kind of feel like last night was our championship game. I'll never count out our boys - especially after last night. But, with so many key injuries I think it would need to be the perfect storm to win. And, it might happen. I sure as heck hope it does. But, whatever happens next week will never diminish what this team did this season - especially what they did last night.

With 10 days to reset now, if Knapp's done I do wonder if they'll go with Jagusah or Lambert at LT, just for talent's sake.

Talked to my friend extensively today who is a diehard OSU fan an he said their Oline is really beat up as well with a ton of injuries. He said talent wise they are the better team but ND has a huge edge coaching wise. He said we are the best coached team in the playoffs.

100%

It's so refreshing to have total faith in our coaching staff. Haven't been able to say that since the Holtz glory years and I barely have memories of that time.

From media I’ve listened to, OSU OL has finally put it all together after hearing how bad they were from the press/fans & now are one of the best in the nation. PSU OL had to be the best we faced. They had the D catching tackles. Worst tackling performance I can remember.
