Teams that are running fast offenses in 2023, to me, are essentially gimmick offenses. 13 years ago it was schematic. But now, if you have good players and are well coached, you don't need to go fast all the time. I totally get it to run tempo in doses or when you have a personnel/substitution advantage, etc. though.
I think (and assume MF thinks) being aggressive is taking shots down the field, going for it on 4th, attempting sacks and TO's, coming after punts, angling for TD's over FG's, not being predictable with play calls on O or D, etc. But mainly an overall attempt to win games, rather than not lose games.
