You wonder if Mike Frank or Bryan Driskell will ever figure out they are the impediment to their growth. Could they ever just take a more backseat role, talk Irish with friends and in "idea meetings" then just allow their staff to carry the damn thing.
I expect it'd result in remarkable growth for both but I don't know if they have the self-awareness to recognize it. I'm not saying this as a hater, just from the number of posts on here. If ours is a representative sample, with a heavier weight towards the 20-50 crowd because #forums/#technology/#notnewtechnology then there are enough people that complain about them that I'd take a serious look at trying a different approach to generate more growth in my company (if I were them).
Now I can picture the excuse for why they won't do it, something about love of the game, they built it, then can do what they want, it's their passion, it's unfair to them to not be a part, yada, yada, yada.
They are correct, they can do whatever they damn please.
