Huh? An undefeated Big Ten Champ Iowa gets in ahead of us. They just do. Because sometimes life's not fair. Not too worried about a one-loss MSU though, or any other one-loss team jumping us aside from Okie or Florida.

In that scenario we also beat two conference champs and very nearly beat a third. BUT THEY DON'T PLAY IN A CONFERENCE PAWWWL!!!

Edit: assuming of course that we beat Stanford. If we don't this whole thread is a six-week circle jerk.

I'm not saying they don't get it in but not over us. In that case they'd take OSU's spot and we'd be ranked ahead of them. Best case scenario really if it works out us 2 and them 3.

Oh. Yes. I'd take a first round game against Iowa any day of the week.
But I'm still pulling for OSU to beat MSU, Michigan to beat OSU and OSU to beat Iowa. Our path is clear of the Big Ten entirely.

Oh yeah, that is certainly the way to get in without question. I have a feeling however there will be more than one team ahead of us lose. Lets just win out, please!!!

I don't see Nd moving up.. Best case is 4 tonight.. Worse is us getting bumped to 5?

I see little chance in us moving down. Four of the teams ranked 5-10 lost and OkSt had to come from behind to a poor Iowa State team. Just don't see it.

I worry about Oklahoma jumping us...maybe not this week but eventually. I'm aware of the Texas game.

If Oklahoma wins out it is possible. Less likely than if OKST wins out. If OKST wins out they get in I think. Both are more likely than Iowa jumping us without having played MSU or OSU.

Oklahoma 7 is scary... Beating OSU and TCU will give the committee a lot to look at.. I think ND has to dominate Stanford.. Really make a statement
