Two of Turners fouls were up at the TOP of the key where she twice stuck a hip out at a passing offensive player.

Not a lot to say about the game which wasn't obvious.

1). We're now a six-player team with one of them warrioring it out on a bad ankle. Muffet can't quite trust Erin or Mychal at this point, and Aly and Koko not at all. How we survive the NCAA with just six I can't imagine;
2). Marina was just wonderful --- holding us together without Lindsay, and still scoring and playing hard defense;
3). Muffet tried every gimmick defense in the book --- Louisville so hot it didn't matter. Gotta give Coach credit though; who knows how many stops the constant changes and odd looks got us:
4). Jackie Young --- thank you, girl; and Kat: standing applause --- rocksalt in the middle of chaos often.

Lindsay's still our supergirl. She can win games for us we shouldn't win. Maybe we'll be lucky and that will be her only foul-encumbered game.

Get through tomorrow and there's 3 weeks to get healthy for the NCAA. The 2017 NCAA Women's Tournament will be played between March 24 and April 2, 2017.

Kat played 31 minutes today about the average she's played the past few weeks. Can she answer the bell tomorrow? The only description of her injury that I've read is a bruised ankle. Seems to take a long time healing.

Mychal's out of the boot but wasn't expected to play in the ACC tournament. She's got 3 week's to get it together.

KoKo's a big drop for Turner no doubt but I'll take that subsititution over Patberg for LA. Ali looked terrible out there yesterday. She apparently has a long way to go to regain her strength and form. She did not look like she belonged on the court yesterday. Worst performance I recall seeing.

The three weeks off should help all of them

I don't think 3 weeks off is correct. They need 3 weeks for the tourney and if the title game is April 2nd, they'd start the weekend of March 17th.

I looked it up before I posted it. Sorry I neglected to link it. And would be 19 days before the end of ND's season and the opening game of the NCAA Tourney.

#ACCWBB40 Press Conferences -

Muffet complimented Durr and Hines-Allen

Marina did a great job particularly playing PG in the 2nd Q

In the 2nd half we were able to get the ball into Bri more.

Jackie Young had the shot of the game.

Tried to play zone but had to use Triangle & 2 to save Bri and Lindsay

We only had 5 turnovers today. Played smart. Forced them into 18 turnovers.
