Thanks to Irish illustrated there is some MBB news. They played Dayton last week in an exhibition and lost by ten. Starters were Duncomb Koehler Braedan S Robert’s and Smith. Duncomb only played 4 minutes although implied he could have played more if a “real” game.

Not to be a hater because they’ve played better than I expected as a whole, but Devin Brown from Davidson is one of the worst players I’ve ever seen for a major conference team. Totally unplayable out there.

They’ve played decent under Shrews to start the year the last couple years. Even after Burton got hurt last year they still beat a couple tournament teams. I’m skeptical still, but the more veteran team should hopefully improve over time rather than regress/play with more consistency (even if that consistency still isn’t great)
