Notre Dame can beat Stanford...would have to play a near perfect game, but I think it's possible.

Stanford doesn't really beat you. They just play so soundly most of the time that they make you beat them... which isn't easy to do against such a sound team. Shaw does a great job and they just don't beat themselves.

We don't play soft like Oregon. We don't get too many dumb penalties and Stanford passing game won't exploit Farley. It really will come down to whether our D-line is healthy enough.

Yeah, I really hope Nix is 100% for that game.

We stormed the field after beating Stanford last year.

We can stop the run, but the play-action passes will torch us. Also, our secondary is not very adept at tackling so if Gaffney runs it outside, he'll truck right through weak tackles like Farley's. Also, their front 7 will be in Rees' face all game, which is definitely not good for our offense.

Play action might work a couple times, but Hogan kind of sucks as a passer. Most of his deep balls tonight were atrocious.

As much as I'd love the SEC being shut out of the BCS championship completely, I'd rather see their best team get beat. Not sure that will happen now.

FSU has a better chance of beating Bama than Oregon did. Oregon's line would get manhandled by the Bama defense.

We just need to hope that Ohio State doesn't get in so we don't have to see Bama win 42-14 again.

If Ohio State gets in, I prefer this scenario. The last thing I want to have happen is OState break the SEC championship streak.

I tend to agree, but please don't even give them the opportunity.

I can see them getting in and the other team getting the flu, food poisoning, or a bunch of guys getting suspended and Ohio State somehow coming out on top.
