The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Pretty straight forward. Nothing special. I do have a man crush on Alan Ritchson so I give it a 10 out of 10.
I liked it. But it felt like a knockoff of inglorious basterds. Still decent though.

I told my wife it was like they asked AI to make Inglorious Bastards for network television. The early rescue sequence was entertaining.
It's worth watching once. Hugo Stiglitz kinda sucked as the villain. Christoph waltz was just terrifying. Damn, I'm off to watch inglorious basterds again.

Saw "The Bikeriders" and "Bad Boys for Life" this weekend. Bikeriders was decent. Kind of cool as it put you back in a historical setting regarding a motorcycle gang. Not my fav but not horrible either.

BBFL was great. Loved the 3rd one and this one may be better. Smith/Lawrence deliver as always with the action and comedy. Movie is killing it at the box office also.

My movie watching bonanza continues leading up to the season. Recently, it was 'Stripes'. Liked it but hard not to with this cast. Bill Murray, Judge Reinhold, John Candy, Harold Ramis, John Laroquette. Knew it was pretty famous. I've always loved military movies, and this was pretty funny. Not a bad way to spend 2 hours.

If you liked Stripes. watch MASH (the movie). You won't regret it.

Wife and I bought tickets for A Quiet Place: Day One tomorrow night. We really enjoyed the first two movies. Looking forward to the prequel.

I believe #3 is already in the works, as well.

I saw "MASH" for the first time in a college class. I knew about the movie and its reputation as this classic that embodied the counter-cultural ethos of the late 60s/early 70s. I was expecting a solid movie but I was pretty underwhelmed. In the class discussion of the film, the collective impression was basically "What's wrong with the main characters and why are they such assholes?" It just didn't age well.

It was good, not great. The plot felt a little repetitive to me, but there were fun moments as you could expect from this type of movie.

I think it would be better enjoyed on the big screen with the sound effects and atmosphere but, overall, you're not missing much if you pass and wait until part 3 comes out next year.

Just watched Bullet Train on my flight. Funny and fun. Good airplane movie. Wife wouldn’t like it because the violence… but even some of the violence was funny.

The late 60's early 70's were my heyday, so it hits a little closer for me. I think if you were watching it strictly for the political statement you would be disappointed. If you watch it primarily for the frat boy type humor one might enjoy it more. I really liked the TV show until Wayne Rogers left. Once Mike Farrell replaced Rogers every episode was focused on making a political statement.

Love John Grisham novels. Watched "The Runaway Jury" last night with the wife based off his book. Pretty good movie including Gene Hackman who is one of my favs. Grisham's novels can be addicting, but this movie was entertaining and fast paced.

I didn’t like everything but I think a lot of people will like it if in the right mood. Flight to Vegas is right mood
I didn’t laugh a single time. I found the attempted humor to be overly vulgar (and I’m far from prudish.) I’ve enjoyed other Farrelly brothers movies before but was thoroughly bored with this one. I can’t tell you why I watched the entire thing.

Watched Ricky Stanicky on flight… perfect movie for a flight. pretty good actually
It was hilarious. 2nd super funny movie Efron did. The first being "Dirty Grandpa" which is hysterical featuring Robert Deniro who is no gangster in this movie. John Cena was very funny in Ricky Stanicky and made this movie funny. Loved it.

There were a few scenes I didn’t like at all, but I laughed a good bit especially when he was having alcohol withdraws

We watched this movie last week. I thought it was pretty funny.

Also watched Horizon last week at the theatre. A lot of different storylines going on simultaneously which can be tough to follow.

I’m sure it’ll come together eventually but this first installment left a lot of unanswered questions. I think the second movie is supposed to be released later this summer, so we’ll see.

I’d recommend seeing it on the big screen too. A lot of great scenery and don’t think a normal TV would do it justice.

"The Bourne Ultimatum." The more times I see it the more I think it is the best film of the series. The rooftop chase is terrific and the scene where Bourne is talking the British reporter away from hit teams at the train station is an incredible piece of film making.
