Yeah, they said at the time that someone was saying it was his friend and they just arrested him because he had a backpack. Makes sense. These guys are shooting cops and armed to the teeth with bombs and ****. Arrest anyone that worries you as long as you let them go when you find out they're clean.

Some guy that had an eyewitness account on his iPhone. He sent in the video and they played it. Couldn't see much, but sound was crystal clear. About 25 shots fired outside the kids front porch on the street. Cops screaming asking each other if they have shotguns ready.
