Same. i haven't played it yet but my brother and his roommate bough it and they say franchise mode is unplayable. They already decided to trade it in toward FIFA.

I'm sure it's great man... I just can't get into the NFL anymore... Like I said, they'll add most of this stuff to NCAA next year and I'm good with that... This year I'm waiting for FIFA... pumped for that game, manager mode sounds great this year.

I bought it and played an exhibition game right away just to see what the gameplay was like... it blew my mind how real it felt. They've always said it, but Madden has actually made a game where players behave like actual football players.

Downside is mentioned above: I'm a basic guy, I just want to do my basic franchise. Why turn it into this "connected career" or whatever? I know that you can pick a coach and it's basically the same as what used to be franchise, but the whole XP points thing sounds like too much. Just give me some basic player progression between seasons and let me import a draft class from NCAA 13.

Also, can you even import draft classes anymore? There's no longer an option to export in NCAA13, just wondering if it's a feature they will unlock now that Madden is out.

With the gameplay being so great but the career mode being iffy, looks like I'll just have to hone my skills and devote all of my gameplay time to getting myself in the top 100 online.

So lame. The main reasons I buy Madden and NCAA? Recruiting, Scouting and Drafting. Build those teams!!!!!

I guess I have to invest in better wifi, the only use I have for Madden now is online play fo sho.

Not happy about the draft class issue and I still can't figure out how to do a franchise draft...guess you can't do it.

I'm currently obsessed with the Ultimate Team thing.

So let me get this straight... you can do a basic "franchise" by doing career as a coach... but there is no user draft at all? As in, I can't even scout and pick which fake players I want to draft? Such good gameplay, and you ruin it with a dumb decision like that

No you can scout and draft players too you just can't import a draft class.

Ah so there is a draft just no importing classes. I never did that before anyways. Should I get Madden for the first time in over 5 years?
