Don’t forget that besides a few offensive lineman, Ohio State has had ZERO injuries. They have been very fortunate in that department and right now, this deep in the playoffs, it shows.
They'd be favorites against us even if we were totally healthy. Maybe -5 instead of -6, or something.

Hopefully PSU staff only watched one game like Tengwall

Yes we constantly use jet motion. Every play. Better prepare for that stuff

I'm willing to bet that Dunbrock has a wrinkle for this. And it's because he hasn't have to show his hand? No team we played needed it. A wrinkle off of that play. Dunbrock played straight vanilla when ND got up. Nothing for the next opponent can glean. I'm casually opernistic. But I think that this game can be bigger than Georgia. Score wise. Most of Penn States passing plays are long developing plays. Golden will NOT give him that much time if any.

I believe they're -10 right now

I'd bet they'd be about -5 if we were at full strength, and I'd bet my mortgage on the moneyline

As far as I can tell I'm the only fan for either team under the age of 60 in all of South Florida. Really really bizarre. The campus game was all men 15 to 55 and now it's all old married couples.

And all the Penn State grannies have my mother-in-law's accent and it's driving me INSANE.
We just landed and almost my entire flight is Irish fans from Chicago. Lot of Irish UGs on my flight. Help is on the way and I’m 5 hazy Sam Adams deep from the flight. Let’s go Irish!

Just heard on McShay pod, they have been in 12 personnel for 58% of the snaps since the OSU loss.

I beg them to let us have more Sneed, more Ausberry than normal. Clark has been fantastic but our 4 - 3 has become elite as those two have come on

No matter how hard u try u can not make two buttholes kiss
Um. Wait what? Um.

Injuries + they were gifted two walkover opponents while we had to empty the tank against Georgia. I have an uneasy feeling because of national media hyping up Notre Dame.

All this is exactly my fear

I wouldn't, they beat us last year at home with a worse team.

We're a lot better than last year.

If we manage to beat PSU, and magically we were at full strength, we would be a 100x better than last year.

(I'm not really trying to argue it... I'm in my we can't beat PSU form right now)

PSU isn't exactly coming into this one fresh, considering their best player is questionable and if he does play, will be very much limited.

There is zero chance Franklin has the balls to fake a punt on his own side of the field in a CFP game

(I know they did versus Minnesota)

Franklin is the nerd trying to act cool. Always has been.

His legacy is being perhaps a slightly more successful version of Brian Kelly, and is nearly equal in terms of being unlikable.

It’s not shocking he would copy the cool kids homework and do some fake punt or ballsy call.

Not worried about it I'm sure he will have some big plays but Golden isn't gonna let him beat us all night shit double team him make them beat you with someone else. Allar can't run much and they don't have WR's better than USC
I am more worried about scoring. I would hate to lose with only 3 points on the board.

Franklin seems to be fueling a fire for Freeman to lean into. Not a good strategy. Freeman looked dialed in during press conference, not amused with Franklin. He's going to kill Penn State

I love it, and agree 100%

What is it about ND's path this year that they seem to run into...just the biggest, whiniest douchebag coaches in the game today.

First it was Curt "Google Me" Cignetti
Next it was Kirby "Humping the sideline refs leg" Smart
Now it's "Big Game" James

Y'all know if we win, it's gonna be another whine-o fest from Ryan "Dyebeard" Day.
